With effect from 1 July 2026, the Kübrich Group is expanding its technology portfolio to include the newly founded TAHERO GmbH, thereby making further investments in its innovation centre at the Priesendorf site.

Tahero GmbH will, as an independent technology company, develop and offer solutions for energy, automation and future technologies. Its key areas of focus include energy and process engineering, hydrogen and electrolysis technologies, battery and thermal management systems, as well as automation and robotics solutions.

The company’s formation comes at a time of significant change for the former special-purpose machinery and plant engineering firm Albert & Hummel GmbH, made possible by the constructive and committed cooperation, as well as the responsible actions, of many stakeholders. The employees, the former managing directors and the insolvency administrator Dr Zaremba have all made a significant contribution to this.

“Our strategy is to tap into new markets of the future whilst retaining highly qualified specialists in the region,” explains Christian Kübrich, founder and owner of the Kübrich Group. “With Tahero GmbH, we are laying the foundations to further develop our existing expertise in a targeted manner and translate it into forward-looking technologies.”

Tahero GmbH is part of the owner-managed family business, the Kübrich Group, which employs around 80 people and has been providing innovative solutions for international clients in the fields of test systems, automation, industrial software, robotics, specialised machine construction and joining technology for 25 years. Its target sectors include industry, mobility, medicine and the pharmaceutical industry.
